lol notice the blue and red power lights the web cam emits.. thats an eye toy, i use the same thing, except i put black tape over the LEDs and improves quality by a load :D

i use one myself ^^, first few videos i did had the same red and blue reflecting lights, untell i fixed it with tape that is :p, also the quality is equal to that of my videos.
