Godzilla (NES) review part 1

The King of Monsters! Or Monster of Monsters? Pay homage to Godzilla!

This part is the meat of the review as far as this fairly good game goes. In Part 2 there are some passwords for you to experiment and challenge yourself with.

Although the stages can be a bit long and using Mothra a pain, I have found this to be one of the better NES games as both a kid and a deranged adult.

Tech note: The narration volume may be a bit too soft or loud in a few areas. Freaking background noise.

How do you get that " will you move to the next field?" box to pop up. I remember playing this game forever and not being able to move to the next map. I just bought it recently again and want to play it all the way through. As a kid I used to just type in cheat passwords to go to other stages.

Got to (98% sure) beat all of the monsters on that planet and then move onto the radar looking map hex. Then you got to hit A twice after you get through all the areas in battle mode. Rinse and repeat for your 2nd monster.

Nope, only need to get them to that radar hex after beating all the baddies.

See another wanna be AVGN thanks to AVGN for making a video of criticizing this game.I hope you realise AVGN doesn't really hate this game or any game he criticize.He criticizes because it makes him famous.He gets subscribers from doing that and he makes money.Kids need to stop listening from computer just like tv.

Actually, if I'm not mistaken, you can bypass the monsters on ONE board (Neptune, where there's no monster blocking you from reaching the radar hex, though MechaGodzilla is close by to it), but for the most part, you're right.
