GlobalTV's Elaine Yong speaks with Cynthia Enns of Laughing Stock Vineyards in Naramata, BC, who are dropping a 3% markup on their wine thanks to a price drop that comes in effect July 1st. The reason for the drop is the province's new Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). However, retail liquor stores are not permitted to make the same price drop.
