"Are we made up for?" he asked, once he caught his breath.
"If thats how youre going to make up cheating on me, then no. youre not even close."
He laughed and stroked my legs, sending chills down my spine.
"You know, I havent had sex since I left you."
"Really?"
"Youre surprised? What do you already have kids or something?"
"Are you calling me a whore?"
"No... maybe..."
"Joseph!" I sat up and grabbed my bra and underwear off the floor.
"I'm kidding! But what about you?"
"Truth is, me either."
"Really?"
I sighed, then smiled as I pulled my shirt over my head "Yeah, I guess no one has been able to seduce me quite like you."
Joe smiled "I missed you Ace."
Good. "I missed you too Joe." I pulled my leggings on and threw him his pants and underwear.
"What about my shirt?"
"What about it?"
"Im not getting it back, am I?"
"Probably not, no." I smiled. He still wanted me, but I had to make sure that the part of me that wanted him didnt take over. I sighed and looked around. Joe crawled over to me and pulled me on top of him again.
"Aqua, I hope you know that I never stopped loving you. To this day."
"Thats a little hard to believe with you wedding to another girl in two weeks."
Now it was his turn to sigh "Im sorry Aqua, I really am."
I pulled myself away from him and made my way to the door.
"I know Joe." I whispered. "Call me, okay. Well go out to eat sometime."
And I left.
