Justin Trudeau Schools Canada's Environment Minister (Again)

Earlier this week, Justin Trudeau asked Canada's Minister of the Environment what ozone is. He couldn't answer. Now he won't even answer if his government plans to cut critical ozone monitoring systems.

'Environment Canada will continue to monitor ozone.' Fucking useless cunt didn't answer the question at all. It's Assumed ozone will keep being monitored, that's not even what Justin asked. The question was if the measuring systems are are actually complimentary or duplicating.
