Actually HPZ was the in-between level of MCZ and OOZ not only that HPZ was going to be a Zone were after u get all the C.E you wud be teleported to HPZ and the level wud only 1 act. Just to let u know

you can access it using a game genie cart but it is in a incomplete state and is all glitched up like in this video
