I have 30yrs in cleaning carpets I have done every type of cleaning out there every kind of dry cleaning, steam/H.W.E. with truck mount, portables, self contain units, and encapsulation, and till you have truly done it all you should not comment. I have found to be the best way to clean the carpets. so try it before you knock it.

you set up steam cleaners for failure in this video. No real steam cleaner would clean like that moron did. when you pay for a PROFESSIONAL to come to your casa and steam clean, you are getting someone who knows what the hell they are doing. not some idiot who has never touched any kind of carpet cleaning tools in his life. your a liar! what happened to all the dirt on your side anyways? on the first pad right? well there wasnt that much dirt on your side to begin with or its all STILL dirty.

One thing I am NOT is a Method hater. They are ALL better than doing nothing. I think we can all agree on that. The fact is, we all are trying to do the same two things....Clean well ....and put food on your table. That's the name of the game. Learning how to do what you do to the best of your abilities is one key to your success. There are many more to master. I have used and taught every method there is. They ALL have pros & Cons. That's just the way it is. In the end, it's just carpet

Also....There is no such thing as "THE BEST". In order for ANYTHING to be "The Best", the whole world must agree without any opposition....And folks, that ain't happenin' in this industry. ;-)
Getting back, the same thing is said for HWE. ie, Chemicals used. Correct me if I'm wrong, but there's THOUSANDS of chemical mixers out there. Deciding which one you use will probably differ slightly from what someone else uses, hence, different end results. And let's not forget EXPERIENCE. It Matters!

What people have to realize is there are many variables and intangables to ANY method. That's why I stated that it's NOT the method, it's the man. First, for the soil transfer method (I HATE it being called Bonnet Cleaning) you have to consider the cleaning agent being used. What's the PH? Did the tech measure correctly? Is he applying it correctly. Doews it crystalize? Next...is he using a blended bonnet, or a 100% cotton pad. All this makes a HUGE difference. Hence....The End Result. Get It?

Bonnet cleaning= Surface cleans, If you vacuum frequantly especially traffic areas, Rarely have spills or spots, Want to keep up that appearance,Not great for allergens, once a year cleaning or killing germs or bacteria.
Hot water extraction= Removes all soil on carpet and in after a dry vacuum couldnt get out,if cleaning more than 6 months to a year, removes allergens, bacteria, germs and heavy spills because HWE is a rinsing out process.

Hot water extraction is best for people who vacuum rarely and have lots of spots and stains, because a good carpet cleaner should dry vacuum first to remove dry soil in carpet if they dont dry vacuum and go straight to preyspray theyre gonna make mud on your carpet and mud weighs more than dry dirt. mud can weigh down to the bottom of carpet and a few strokes of cleaning make the top look clean but not on the bottom, to the tech and when that mud dries to dirt it weighs less and rises again.
Its Amazing how clean the carpet is when you GRIND the dirt into the Carpet! No Hot water and No Suction = Not Truly Clean Carpets.

did not see an ounce of steam from the wand, you can't clean with cold water bullshitters. let me get in there with my 270 degrees, 850 cfm deep cleaner.
