i like what i see fellas. your all right as hell about oj. you cant forget that even though he doesnt start his cheeks never feel the bench in the 4th. allen is a great player as long as the pressure is at zero. (when it gets real his ass will air ball wide open lay-ups) 35 minutes would be perfect for oj. anything but the 20 he gets sometimes.

i really do want the grizzlies to keep oj mayo though. i hope he finds his role as a STARTER b/c as terrific as tony allen is defensively, he misses too many wide open layups that oj mayo could make eyes closed. if this kid get's 35 minutes of playing time, he could have all-star numbers. oj mayo and michael beasley are two very puzzling players. they have all star potential but have just not hit their stride yet it seems in the leauge

i love oj mayo though, i'm not hating. i thought he was the next big thing. i've got an oj mayo jersey. but from what i saw his rookie year until now, he sort of lacks emotion. whether he scores 25 points, or just 5 points, he always has the same expression. i don't know if that's a good or bad thing. but d-rose and durant have a demeanor about them, a fire that burns inside. i think with rudy gay, oj takes plays off thinking he doesnt have to try. i hope he finds his groove again. he's special

i'm a grizzlies fan and i wish he could fit in, but with rudy gay and z-bo being the guys, he may need a change of scenery. the nets deal could work for him b/c he could start and maybe be the player everyone thought he was. unfortunately, i don't think oj mayo has the motivation to be truly great. he just always seems cool with the situation, whether it's good or bad. and his height is a question. the grizzlies tried to move him to pg b/c he has trouble guarding kobe, joe johnson, etc.
