Yes, but I wish he had more fatalities. He only has two, compared to liu kang who has eight.

To answer the question at 3:57

All you have to do is throw the two tarkatans into the spikes, then jump on top of their hanging bodies to get to the top. It's kinda difficult, but you'll get it.

There was another one of those in Goro's lair, but I didn't know how to get it.
