TenarisUniversity Induction Camp

The TenarisUniversity Induction Camp (TUIC) is a month-long immersion program for Global Trainees from all regions and functions. Its objective is to introduce employees to Tenaris culture and organization as well as present the company's core values. Participants undergo an intensive, multicultural learning experience which teaches them the fundamentals of the company and boosts their professional development. Topics include Tenaris production processes, products, quality, procurement, supply chain, sales and marketing, compliance, management control, human resources, administration and finance, environment, culture, and organization, among others. The Induction Camp includes classroom courses as well as e-learnings, hands-on projects, group problem-solving, and outdoor activities. The faculty is mainly composed of Tenaris managers and experts, including senior directors.
