aww i think he loves you lol :P and i know how painful it for a bird to squeek right next to your ear!! my bird snowy and tootie sitting on my shoulder before and they both randomly talking to each other my ears hurted after 2minutes so i ended up putting them on the floor lol.

Maybe try not to say much about him doing lots of noise, since he finds that funny and as if you're praising him. Since you give him a reaction that he wants. So you could try make him do something that both of you enjoy, and make a huge fuss about that, as these birds love drama - The more the better.

Exactly, he does it on purpose. I'm not sure if he knows he's torturing me or not, but if I try shooing him off the shoulder he'll fly right back and do it even LOUDER.
