A Thursday early-morning trip begins northbound on I-93 (Southeast Expressway) in Boston Massachusetts but exits to I-90 eastbound before entering the O'Neil tunnel.
I-90 (a.k.a. Massachusetts Turnpike) eastbound, continues through the section of "Big Dig" tunnel under the Fort Point channel to South Boston where, in 2006, the huge concrete panels which had been precariously glued to the ceiling came crashing down killing a woman. After a short uncovered section of roadway, I-90 enters the Williams tunnel under Boston Harbor. Finally, after a still underground exit for Logan Airport, I-90 reaches it's eastern terminus at MA-1A (a.k.a East Boston Expressway).
(The Williams tunnel is known by some locals as the "Frozen Head" tunnel because it was named for a Boston ball game player who had his head cryogenically frozen after he died.)
It's not a loop. It's a series of recordings from around the country. If you listen closely, you'll not only hear an identification number at the end of each recording, you can also discern the many different regional accents along the way.

Why is there a constant loop about two Virginia area codes playing on this?
