@ilovetwoeatcandy Kinda. I believe this is the third ova- there were three ovas made set sometime after the series. This was one of them, Rosetta's ova was one, and the other was completely unrelated to the plot. It's been posted in five parts as the Legend of the Phoenix, subbed. Don't believe it exists in dubbed form.
