Mad, yes. Mad like a fox. Died with hundreds of thousands of devotees thinking he was the Messiah, and with untold millions in the bank. That's impressive. Scam, religion, tax dodge, whatever...it worked for him! :) Hubbard was a past master at improvising complete nonsense that seemed to flow with its own internal logic...and eroding his audience's critical faculties with rambling, disconnected stories and ideas. Dianetics DOES seem to work. at first. And then, you're hooked...

why if criticism ok, and they respect other peoples rights to act as if they're beliefs are true, do they not allow people to act as if they believe scientology is evil?

I just cant imagine David Miscavage kissing that guy. But however, I am convinced that he was doing something to LRH to get in the position he is in today. Does anyone know how long David Miscavage was a "cabin boy" to LRH?

He says he's been married twice and he's married happily now. When asked what happened to his 2nd wife he says "I never had a second wife". But wouldn't the woman from his current marriage be the 2nd wife? - married twice - huh?
Of course he was married three times, as we know, and this was a Freudian slip, since he's married to the third wife.
Hubbard lies blatantly with a smile. What a role model, and just how well his folks learned to copy him in this regard!
