It's true. It's out there now. It's over between us. We don't want to be considered together with the other big banks anymore.

And because it's still a little raw, it's probably best to be a bit sensitive to what ANZ, Westpac and CommBank are going through. It's a rough time for them you know? We just have nothing really in common anymore and some space would definitely be a good thing. Read the letter and you'll understand why.

Who would expect a somewhat professional organisation to humiliate their competitors just to seek more attention? Sorry NAB but I just don't buy it, in fact, I think it is childish and disrespectful.
