engine mods

i just made a quick vid to showcase the first modifications i made to my hho engine. the total displacement whent from 206 cc's up to 207cc's after a .020 thou bore and over sized piston. the tolerance from piston to cylinder was also fitted tighter than the factory spec to help seal compression and avoid the piston slap from ice cold run temps. the head was milled down .040 thou to increase the compression from factory 7:1 upto 9.5:1. im going to start the engine on the weekend. i hope for much better perfomance out of the engine

I cant wait to see this thing run. You can always put some copper washers on the spark plug so it doesnt enter into the combustion chamber as far. I have seen engine builders do this while the cylinder head is off so they can torque the plugs down to where the gap is directly facing the intake valve. However, I have seen marine plugs that have no strap at all...you have probably seen them as well. 5*

with any luck ill get it running today.  its been killin me. thats a good tip with sparkplug. ill look into that.

What about pre-warming your water before you start electrolyzing it. That way, you may be making more fuel to start with.

And I think I posted a link to this when they kicked me out of that other forum...I guess they couldn't handle the truth, huh??? Oh well maybe they will be the last to know...To Bad...Thanks guys, this ought to give the naysayers nightmares...lol.
