I think you need 10,000 bells in your account.

Just fish and catch bugs and sell em' and you will be surprised on how much money you can get!

You bury a shovel for 24 hours and then after a day its gold.

The town hall sends you the credit card.

no every 1000 bells u put down u have a 1percent chance that a money tree will grow. for instance if u bury 45,000 bells with a golden shovel u have a 45percent chance that the tree will have money on it otherwise it will grow to be a normal tree.but the most money the tree will ever have is 90,000 bells so it is not worth it to bury more than 90,000 bells at a time. the money tree will only bear money once though and the 3 bags of money will equal 30,000 bells each
