As far as I know, the only people that have stated that remember him are a few teachers and classmates from Indonesia. Not one person in the USA has stepped up and said they remember him. I know Fox News interviewed 400 students that attended Columbia at the same time he claims to have been there- no one remembers him and his photo is not in the yearbook.

There is nothing bias in not finding anyone who remembers Obama at Columbia. Does it not strike you as odd, that no one has come forward to say they knew him at OC or Columbia? Did he not have any friends or girlfriends? All his Birth, school and medical records have been sealed. Every President since JFK has released all these records except Obama. Not one scrap of evidence has been produced to prove he is even a US citizen, and there is a media blackout on the Birth Certificate issue.

ForBibletruth, they refuse based on procedural grounds. They have no jurisdiction over a sitting president, the only place that he can be challenged is in DC Federal court via Quo Warrento. Rightly so, the lower courts must throw out these lawsuits and have provided guidance (as properly done in Hawaii) where to proceed, which is in the District of Columbia where an interested party can invoke the 9th amendment. It's not easy, but it can be done.

The FBI does not do background checks on the candidates-if they did, Obama would not be cleared to work as a janitor, because of his past and present associations.
