Mark Hicks driving my Miata around Road Atlanta

Mark gets around the track pretty well in my car with an impressive time of 1:48.34. Mods include Tein Flex 10/7kg coilovers, Racing Beat hollow front anti-sway bar, 949 Racing 15x8" 6UL wheels with 205/50/15 Hoosier R6 tires, Fuji Racing header and CM Muffler exhaust.

Good stuff man, quick question, is it necessary to roll/pull fenders for those 15x8 6ul's? Is there any rubbing at all (I cant hear any but just incase haha) That is a N/A model?

I had to roll the front fenders to prevent tire rub under bump when crossed-up with this setup (205/50/15 Hoosiers on 15x8" 6ULs). The car is an NA. I just fitted 225/45/15 Hoosiers on 15x9 6ULs and I had to pull the fronts a little and roll the rears. The car ia an NA (1993), and I've read that the NBs have more fender well clearance.

Thank you very much for your quick response, I too have an N/A 95'. I will be getting the 6UL's with 205/50 Kumho XS tires, not the best, but I'm low on budget. I was told I wont need any rolling for this setup. The car is lowered 1.5" with Eibach springs and I will be using the 15x8's.

Hoosier 205s are about as wide as other company's 225s, so you should be fine. Just check for interfeence with the wheel turned full lock at full compression.
