Yes, I wet the brushes then apply the pigment. I let it dry then I blend.

Colors don't pop as much as with the UDPP (sorry, I spelt it USPP before... duh) but the texture and packaging are 325367 times better. Also, I believe the Too Faced Shadow Insurance is better at preventing e/s from creasing...

Great look as always! I've heard you can use mineral pigments on your nails too....not sure how that works! I'd love to see a tutorial on it if you know how it's done. x

You can, you just mix some with clear polish. I've never tried it myself but I know others have.
