@arthurmex Bono and U2 were definitely at their best in the early 90s touring back-to-back with DM during their ZOO TV and Devotional tours respectively. Both are my favourite bands though and they kind of showed similar development: moderate early success, steady progression to stadiums and their craziest (my favourite) works kind of overshadowed by their most famous albums (I am talking about U2's Achtung Baby and DM's SOFAD), than struggling through mid 90s and returning to shape :D

@kolos2006 Well, to be fair, Fletch has got a great job. Being in Depeche Mode without the pressure of contributing musically, just watching Dave and Martin and keeping the atmosphere calm while occasionally clapping or triggering samples.
