376 to the wheels is pretty stout. I drove one of these (6M sedan) before purchasing my '11 CTS-V. This car would be at least as much fun on a tight track as my V. Great car. Wish the torque was a little stronger but I love how freely the 4.0 revs

It most likely has more than 414hp. BMW is known for understating power.

So this particular car only looses 10% of its power, quite amazing really.

im starting to like the sedan better than the coupe...the rear end of the coupe is nice, but it just seems like it's missing something. the new tail lights on the sedan make it look all the better tho.

Remeber this is the RWHP not the the engine output which is 420HP, power is lost through the drivetrain aka drivetrain loss, and it being and brand new car its gana be tight, let it run in and your figures should improve slightly.
