You might find this interesting. I'm currently studying the mating rituals of the Gorgyrella sp. I found a male (finally) at a small shop that was mislabeled as a Ctenolophus sp. There where obvious morphological differences to allow me to provide a clear reclassification for the shop owner. He was embarrassed lol.. The female just finished her eggsac, and I will probably post my first yt video ever after the slings hatch.

wolf spiders are spesiale they are always hungry and the dot kill or eat a bug unless he has killed it first

I don't know. I think it got injured somehow.

this is hogna carolinensis. it is a male. they are the largest wolf spiders in north america. i am a biologist, and i study this species.

Cool! I don't know how he lost his legs but it didn't seem to bother him. He was so much fun to watch. Can you recommend a source where I can learn more about them? Thanks!
