#92 - *Whisper* Underwater Sleep Hypnosis

Hey guys :)

This video is a sleep hypnosis that I created to ease you into a deep state of relaxation and help you fall asleep. I will be repeating certain trigger words in an effort to fully clear your mind and prepare you for a very peaceful and deep sleep.

Your journey will start on a beach where you will be greeted by me, as you learn to trust me and gather more courage to follow me, we will venture deep into the ocean, swim underwater, meet up with dolphins and continue to go deeper into relaxation until you feel ready enough to fall asleep.

Am I the only one who feels like their in a Dracula/ other Vampire film? Not just this one but when I listen to these, I feel like she's going to enter the room when my eyes are closed and suck blood out of my neck. I will disregard every thing I just said Madam Crystal.
