Westfield XTR2 laps at GOODWOOD

A great Trackday at the historic Goodwood Race Circuit (Sussex,UK) One of the rare days for noisy cars so only 5 on track at a time.. But we still seemed to keep catching people! The XTR2 is great to drive and a flyer even in this standard form, and on road tyres.. In fact I drove it to the circuit!! (and yes, before you ask, I did drive it back home again - in one piece !)

Goodwood is a great circuit. Most of the bends flow nicely into each other :-)

U can get them at the Westfield website. This model cost around 24 grand.

The factory has now moved away from supplying these low volume 'Xtreme Track & Road 2' Seater specials.. I think they've left the information up on the websie as the car is a great showcase for the factories engineering abilities.

So a secondhand XTR2 makes a great purchase as they now have next to no depreciation. As where else can you get a £14k road car that blows away all the supercars on trackdays.

I love this video, watched it so many times. I've done goodwood in a ferrari 360 and 911 rs but this is on a whole different level... Is it you driving? Do you own the xtr2?
