Right I agree what you are saying but looking at all the videos on youtube which are shoot with this cam, most of them actually all of them are choppy on HD.... (like when you moving around with the cam) do I assume everyone these days need some faster cpus like i7 or i5?

The quality of the hd mode is crystal clear but choppy. I just bought one online and if it looks like frames are dropping I'll have to return it. Does this bother you? It is less choppy is regular mode but not much of a picture regarding clearity.

Have read the choppiness is a computer problem, not a cam problem. Older processors may not be able to handle HD video very well.
