a trip to the beach and some real thought about what i'm gonna do next..

1.. write down everything i eat
2.. take a pic of everything i eat
3.. push myself to the gym 5 times a week

  • I understand what you mean about other people taking pictures of you. I feel the same way! I would make a point of either hiding behind people or act flighty, ignoring the request for my picture to be taken by saying I really wanted to get a picture of this or that atm before it goes away.

    You have come a long way from that picture! Stay strong :)

  • I'm sorry I'm not managing to comment on your daily vlogs. I AM watching them all, but trying to catch up with everyone aswell so the comments are suffering.

    You've made me fancy a trip to the beach and it's lovely today so I might head that way when Hubby comes in :-D I'll be skipping the lemontop though.

  • once i can get back into the routene i'm happy with i'll be fine.. i'll be losing again and everything else falls into place.. 2day is a new day.. i can do this :D x
