  • I made a comment that I grew up with Mr.Wodzak's children. I was mistaken. I haven't seen them in years, but I found out Mango is Mr.Wodzak's brother.

  • Yes.. Mike and I share parents, but I'm definitely not him, as he is not me.. Our paths have been very different, and some years since they last crossed.

    Peace,

    Mango.

  • @LacobrigusRomanicus I've heard soy protein is even worse for you than animal protein. Soy is poison when consumed raw.

  • I'm a Vegan, and have been for the past 3 years, i obtein my proteins in beins, soy and other types of legumes. I am just curious, where do you get your protein from?

  • @GoldenCherryRain thank you!, you're another living prove!!

  • can you eat a turkey that died of natural causes mango?

  • what a nob

  • God bless you Mango. You are an inspiration! Keep promoting the natural diet of mankind!

  • @sabby123456789 Many doctors say that not eating will cause the body to burn all the muscle first then the fat. It's false. If an overweight or obese person kept eating, he or she would still lose the muscle. Remember Morgan Spurlock and his McDonald's diet? Body muscle will be lost if it is not used regularly. The only way to lose muscle mass purely by not eating, is by starving when the body has no more extra fat left in it's adipose tissue.

  • @sabby123456789 The key here is that muscle can only be "grown" through exercise. There is no food you can eat that will help "grow" muscle.

  • Most fruitarians look very skinny but it's because most of them do not exercise regularly so their muscle shrinks. There are fruitarians that do exercise, and they have some good looking muscles. An obese omnivore would have the same muscle mass as a skinny fruitarian since they both do not exercise regularly, except the obese person would have more fat mass which is a bad thing.
