When she says rich people, she means rich people who aren't her. It's ridiculous, if they wanted everyone to pay their fair share, than just implement a flat tax on everyone. Every dollar you earn, whether its your 10,000th or 100,000th, you pay the same percentage on it (Minus things like dependants and such sensible deductions). That is as fair as you'll ever get. Then again, democrats have a weird idea of 'fair'. It's 'whatever is convenient for us at the time.'
