  • Such innocent times--with all the psychotic violence and whatnot.

  • I love this damn movie. I watched it like everyday as a kid. King of the Wild Frontier was also good. Good on ya for the video. You should post the Mike Fink song from this movie too. Might be my favorite seen

  • @wmarcus1203

Shut up you coon skin sucking bastard

  • @Deguello321 you're an idiot

  • Davy Crockett King of the Bastard slave owners

  • Davy Crockett king of the Wild Frontier. I like it!

  • Action scenes on TV shows and in movies were so simplistic and unrealistic decades ago.

  • Fess Parker died today at the age of 85, He was born in Ft. Worth, Tx. on August 16, 1924, and he graduated from the University of Texas.

His running buddy on "Davy Crockett," Buddy Ebsen, died on July 6, 2003. Buddy went by George Russell. Buddy was to play the tin man in the "Wizard of Oz", but he had bad reactions to the make-up. He was replaced by Jack Haley.

Fess Parker's bit in the movie "Them" will also never be forgotten. Two great actors gone.

  • This isn't so different from what fight scenes normally were in shows of this time. But I agree it is funny, made us go "Get 'im Davy!" or "Look out behind you!"

  • Yeah you are right hehehehehehe

  • slightly humorous. but hilarious? nah
