  • Alot of people are critical of these guys, lets not be so snobby eh? Everyone started their journey with scotch and did not know a hell of alot about it. They at least gave Laphroiag a try, and were honest in their reactions to it. Personally, I'd have suggested they start off with a good Speyside or Highland Malt...or even a quality blended scotch before tackling any of the Islay malts. Instead of attacking those trying scotch for the 1st time, lets support them and educate them.

  • These two don't deserve to drink this whisky. Stick to your wild turkey you inbred hill billy. This is for folks who don't have to finish the bottle just because its open.

  • I could hang there.. cool dudes and hot babes.. laughs and good drinks

  • A busty blond who can drink peaty whisky? Does she have a twin sister?

  • no need for credibility, theyr'e just drinking whisky.

  • As soon as I heard the pronunciation of Islay, he lost the credibility as far as I'm concerned... sorry.

  • These Islay single malts are really something else. The american whiskeys are so much sweeter and taste very much like corn, it's a totally different product.

These Islay's you can sniff for half an hour before even tasting, and you'll have a great evening.

    Respect for both tastes

  • About the pronunciation of "Islay", as my sainted grandmother would have said; "The "P" is silent, like the "P" in swimming."

  • It's not pronouced Is-lay...but I-la...these guys are special...

  • they're really funny though!
