Bucharest Grand Prix, Romania 2011

What an awesome weekend in Bucharest. Laying down fresh Italian rubber on the streets of Romania with Nigel Colfer. With the beautiful setting of the Palace of the Parliament (or known as Palatul Parlamentului to the locals) this has to be the biggest drift event of its kind in the world - with Europe's top drifters battling head to head.

I'm happy to say i was there during all sunday from 1pm to 10 pm and it was a fantastic show, i've been to many similar shows in all europe and this was a good show.

Only thing i diden't like was that when the crash happened in the quarterfinals it took the organisers to long to get rid of the crashed cars so that the show could continue.

Bike stunts, tuning, car stunts, awesome Drifting... complete show i went away with a happy face xD and a grait show to remember in my hometown Bucuresti.

@so2fast4u2 We were disappointed but there is always next time :) We haven't seen anything yet, but following JDM All Stars Drift on Facebook would be your best bet, as they'll post every video on their wall.

The tracks are by an artist called hamditheone. The first half uses a track called Ramos and the second half uses a track called games :)

@marangonityre Hey, i was kinda disapointed in the judges choice when your Sponsored S15 lost, maybe my point of vew of the event wasen't as good as there's.

Do you perhaps know where i can find the full Best16 Best 8 quarterfinals and final vid all toghether D1GP stile edit?
