Nice man, really digging that intro, looked Pro. What software you use if you don't mind me asking? Oh an yeah man about that diet I tend to bodybuild a lot. So yeah just stick to those low GI foods, the fresh fruits, vegetables as you said an may I suggest, lean protein from a protein shake, steak, I know you said no fish an I hate it to but try at least solid white tuna once in awhile if ya can. Also lean chicken, grilled, baked, rosted. Dark chocolate raisens is a good healthy junk food.

I use Sony Vegas, but that intro took a while to edit together..

Also; going raw means only raw fruits/vegetables, some oil, and all natural things.. nothing cooked, nothing that is not grown and fresh. It should be an iunteresting experience.

awsome video dude , i can't belive you can take the camera into the cinema, over here in the uk they go Crazy if you try anything like that, i tryed it once and some guy ran over to me and was like " did you know thats a £5000 fine? , because of video copyrights"(lucky for me i got off and only had to leave my camera with the guy whilst i watched the movie instead of paying a hefty fine) lol ... ahh the UK sucks :(.
