This was the last year that my father and I ever watched the Ball Drop together.
He passed away of cancer on April 12th of the same year, and when the 2003 Ball Drop came, I turned in early.
Fuck death. Why do people have to pass, especially loved ones?
At least my father and I watched this one last time. I miss him so much.

Oh im sorry that happened. Wanna hear this. I lost my great grandpa on May 19, 2009 and then I lost my great grandma on June 10, 2009. I miss my great-grandparents so much. :(
