it seems to be.. in this game he still has his robotic body but at the end of mgs4 he gets a more human one.. this must mean its during mgs4... but yeah i spose so

Well, i don't suppose it can be equally as bad as Metal Gear: Snakes Revenge. Or maybe it can. We will just have to stand by for the reviews.

Certainly looking forward to this one. Metal Gear Solid is my favorite game series second to Touhou. I hope MGS Rising will put as big a focus on plot-development as the other MGS games even though the story about snake is supposed to be over. Then again, its Kojima so i bet a simple and short story would be impossible.
I'd have to disagree. The Xbox 360 have a lot of more great games than PS3 imo. The PS3 isn't bad though. Just decent system saved by MGS4.

Oh good! I have a 360, but I prefer MGS on PS3. It wouldn't feel right if it wasn't. Not that I'm bashing the 360... Both are excellent systems.

Actually, both Hideo Kojima, and MS, have annouced, that it's multiplatform.
PC/PS3/Xbox 360.
So at the moment, i'm mostly looking foward to this game :)
