it looks ok,but please know u cant get no cajun food anywhere else but south la,ive been all over and the "cajun" food is horrible! dey' throw a lil paprika or cayenne on sumtin and call it cajun food...also not dat we dont boil shrim 4 a po boy,we fry em up dem put em on a poboy...oh, and by da' way, we dont put any raw celery on !!!any! of our po-boys! dat just looks nasty! the stuff dey use to boil shrimp crabs, and crawfish aint da same as we use here. da' flavor is very pronounced and deep!
