Champaign Police Officer Abuses Handcuffed Youth

THIS IS VIDEO FROM A SQUAD CAR CAMERA. A uniformed, on duty police officer serving the city of Champaign Illinois stops an innocent African American youth on the corner of Green and Fourth streets. The youth is pepper sprayed without cause and handcuffed. Later, he is tackled and choked WHILE HANDCUFFED and in the back of the officer's squad car.

@TheFuneralPyre you can skip a lot of it- about half is actually just the kid riding in the back of the squad car, About 2/3 of the way in the cop has an interesting conversation with the young man.

Thank you for posting this. It's sad how things like this don't get the coverage they deserve. Did the police officer receive any repercussions for this abuse???
