Scene from the season 4 episode involving the EMH played by Robert Picardo and the EMH Mark 2 played by Andy Dick. One of the more comic scenes of Star Trek and it shows that not everyone knows what all those pretty buttons on consoles actually do.

@Daazzman007 actually its a longer distance. The quadrants are broken up across the circle, they would just be traveling along the circumference rather than the diameter. That also requires them to navigate cross the unfamiliar gamma quadrant, during a war with little communication with home. Also the wormhole had long since been discovered as voyager left Deep Space 9 after its discovery. Overall it would just be better to continue the original course now with the Hirogen network.

@gmodman1701 there was a voice command system on that ship. Almost all of its systems required a level 4 authorization code or higher.
