  • @artisticjodie That's not it at all. Ricky Gervais' character says it's really admirable of her to do a holocaust movie, to raise awareness etc.. She responds saying we don't need another film about the Holocaust because "we get it, it was grim, move on" but she knows she'll win an Oscar! Schindler's bloody List, The Pianist .. Oscars comin out of their arse!"

14 thumbs up and its not even what happens!

  • So last year they gave out to him because he was "offensive" and this year they are complaining that he was playing things too safe????? These people are never happy!!!

  • "gag reel"? I would recommend Roberto Benigni's "Life is Beautiful"

  • lol. "Don't do it." "It'll be fine."

All the comedians in the room are like XD they get it.

    awesome.

  • @chickflickaddict91

maybe it's not the same hordes. *knock* *knock*

  • Something tells me his "worse one" was probably the joke about having some kleenex handy for the shower scene.

  • @RxLight no... more like a recent instance of genocide of which the atrocities are portrayed in films much like those of slavery, etc. It sounds to me like you are just anti-semite hiding behind your youtube username.

  • @MsDimplecheeks Steven Speilberg did Holocaust movies because he IS Jewish and it touches home to him, makes sense. Oprah produced movies about slavery because she IS African American, makes sense. I think anther reason they keep doing Holocaust movies is because people keep denying it ever happened. No one questions the validity of the slave trade. BOTH happened and should never be forgotten.

  • @MsDimplecheeksNever said it wasn't disgusting, I said it was DIFFERENT. Amistad, Roots, The Color Purple, The Autobiography of Miss Jane Pitman, and Beloved are really good movies. Hollywood should make more movies about slavery in the U.S. BUT that doesn't mean they should stop making Holocoust movies. The treatment of Natives has been shown in movies too, and it would be great if they made more of those. But none of these incidents in history are forgotten. You make it seem like no one cares.
