I'm really impressed ! Usually we hear that American people really don't get Swiss culture at all, why are there 3 different languages ? What, you don't even understand each other ?? Why are there so many dialects in such a small country ?

It's touching to see that there are people who are interested in our small country's culture and languages, even if swiss german is hell to learn and the french speaking swiss people fear it, actually. So bravo to you ! Guet gmacht :)

Lovely, I am British but also a Swiss citizen (through my Grandmother). Currently learning Swiss German so it is nice to see how other countries view the differing dialects :)
