  • How does it ride? I am really thinking of getting a bike soon. I think Yamaha and Honda have some kick ass cruisers. I likw Harleys, just too expensive for the bike.

  • It's a very nice bike to ride, it's not like a typical cruiser. The front end is derived from the Yamaha R1 (sportbike) and it also has an aluminum frame. It's very strong, the engine is 1700cc (stock) but it can be opened up to 2000cc if you want. I like HD too but the metrics are very nice. Good luck.

  • @andrei931 you sir are ill informed and shouldnt talk on topics you clearly have no clue what your talking about....

  • @andrei931 Well.. I dont beleive you..Im a big time motorcycle enthusiast. And freinds with a yamaha dealer. Forks snapping. I dont think so.. Yamaha would be suid big time. Frames just cracking without being in a wreck...No way. Dude dont be trying to make the warrior look bad cause its not going to work.

  • @m109r67 where would you hear about that? I'm telling you from my experience. I operate motorcycle shop and we had few of this that we eventually parted out. Still have bunch of parts for xv1700pc warior. And all three bike that we had came with cracked frames and snapped forks. And frames not just cracked, but broken into number of pieces under weight of the engine! Same problem having 08-09 GSXR600/750/1000!

  • @andrei931 I had two warriors and have a 2006 at the moment and never heard that before. The warrior is one of the best handleing cruisers on the markit.

  • the engine is good and nice. but rest sucks. Especially frame and front fork are too weak! It only takes very light front end impact to crack the frame and crack the forks. 1700 cc Engine is too heavy for aluminum light duty frame and light duty forks.

  • wow sounds great ! where did you get them ? I have to replace my exhaust I hate it I pulled into my friends drive way and he didn't even hear me ! Plus it s ugly. The ride is awesome Im breaking her in have 300 miles on it . I jumped from 600cc shadow to this so taking a bit .. it kicks like a mule when you hit the throttle Lot of torque! Loves to cruise at 85 @ at 2800 rpm that seems to be its happy zone. Dealer told me not to hit 5500 until break in done havnt come close had it at 110 sofar

  • @redneck500 mine didnt come with baffles

  • did you pull out the baffles?

  • Awesome sound.
