This is very informational, I didn't know that what is happening now was actually the secondt time. Which makes me wonder why the US government thinks they can try it again.
did they really try to censor the web thats like trying to catch all the pokemon you might catch all of them in one game then a new version comes out a new game entirely dumb ol'congress while they still dont know the diffrence between a disc drive and a hard drive they can at least use twitter or facebook
