does any1 know how to get all the suit peaices cos i completed the game and only got 4

There are secret exits in some of the levels. These lead to new levels, some of which have suit pieces.

No. Usually you need to replay a level that you played before you got certain suit pieces. For example, there's a secret exit in one of the levels in world one that is accessed by going underwater, which is not possible without the golden pipe.
