Unedited, handheld/shaky and quite fresh recording from the relatively informal ceremony where the draft for the new Icelandic constitution was handed over to the president of the Icelandic Parliament. The parliament was urged to let the people have it´s say about the main thrust of the draft, before concluding its own revisal of the new constitution. The clip here is from the question session. Katrin Oddsdóttir and Vilhjálmur Þorsteinsson reply that the public participation improved the quality of the draft greatly, and that a inspiring example to learn from was set.
