  • how long/thick is rope? where can i get rope?

  • 1-1/2 x 50'

    search jammarmfg on google

  • I'd like to see such a workout (with burpees and these intervals and other) I wish I had a camera... You colud see me in action :P

  • I will shoot you some other intervals....The ropes were just one idea to show you the protocol.

With that protocol what would you do for a workout?

  • The general idea is good but excercices aren't. Only arms are engaged in these workouts. As a fighter you strive to invent such workout which engages full body movements as a fight does

  • great point on the arms only but please note this was just an example of the protocol more than the focus on the workout.

We do this workout all the time with different exercises like burpees, sandbag shouldering, clean and presses just to name a few.

I do agree 100% fighters need total body exercises but every now and then its good to throw in something different

  • I'd put this protocol to my gpp workotu ratherly than to my conditioning. I'm looking forward to see intervals. Maybe I'll visit you someday :)
