i still believe that the city is wasting their money to take down the trolley wires it would just be easier to buy new trollies. There is still hope to keep the trollies in Edmonton,and keep all the infranstructure.

Please convince them to keep the trolleys in Edmonton. Scrapping them is just plain crazy and wiil just increase pollution. The TTC in Toronto made a big huge mistake geting rid of their trolleys. Howard Moscoe was a idiot who was responsible for Hamilton and Winnipeg getting rid of their trolleys. He destroyed Torontos as well. In Toronto much of the wires are still there. It would be very easy to replace Torontos. Much of Edmontons overhead is new. Scrapping them is plain crazy.
