Not good PR for Neiden as a river for salmons fihing for tourist. In 2009 the rules should clearely be of such art that it should be possible for the local authorities to handle this breach of fishing rules.
The shame is that the "Neidenelven Fiskefellesskap" who is running the river did not take any notice of the case, neither did they answer the fishermen who reported the case.
Surely they do not understand their responsibility of running the river.

This is a cliassic example of how the local authoroty handle the rules made by themselves. This is not first time... It's the same with the prices for fishing licenses. Visitors have to pay very much, but members of the local authoroty can by fishinglicenses for lowprice....
Somebody there is from Finland, at least there you can hear Finnish language about somebody says that he has pliers and something about releasing brake!!And this guy who kills the salmon isn´t Norwegian for sure, the way he speaks Norsk is the way of foreigners, i know sense i´m from Finland living in Norway(profile is my girlfriends) but anyway this is VERY good example how things should NOT be!!!!!!!!

Thank you for your support.
Yes, this place is very close to the Finish border. This guy is a local who moved in from Finland. That's also how he was able to translate the guidelines from Norwegian to Finish.
