  • At 2:33, I saw you compressed the right chest. I want to ask that do I really can compress the right chest? Does it produce the same effect as compressing the left chest (the heart side)? I'm not an expert, please tell me, thank you very much!! I like the video~~

  • Chest compressions are done in the center of the chest. If it looks as if we were doing it on one side or another it must be due to a camera angle or large hands as the instructors heel of his hand is in the direct center of the sternum. Thank You for your comment!

  • This training video is for Community and Workplace. NOT professional rescuers. Pulse checks were removed from the ECC/AHA guidelines in 2005 for non-professional rescuer providers. Thank you for you comment!

  • EVANS!

  • @ssuwen you're not so much compressing on the left or right side of the chest as you are the sternum with the heel of your hand which compresses the heart between the anterior side (the sternum) and the posterior side (the spine)

  • check for pulse no more than 10 sec BEFORE you start compressions and after you have called 911....video is missing this step. AHA Standard.

  • Call 911 but Don't forget to ask for an AED. During CPR Push Hard and Push Fast.
