ah waking up early on a sunny saturday morning, get a bowl of lucky charms and watching kids wb, all the way till noon! that were the good days just waiting to watch yugioh and not to mention POKEMON. where does time go?

This was when Kids WB was in its prime (1998 - 2001).
2002-2004 was OK, and so was 1995-1997, but Kids WB was the program block to watch from 1998 to 2001.

BTW that promo has some horrible Terry and Bruce impressions. I can tell the person trying to do Terry is James Marsden but I can't tell who the person trying to be Bruce is. Defintley not Kevin Conroy though that's for damn sure.
