Even it is not so well conducted, the orchestra is still performing pretty well. Although some tiny mistakes. I wonder what orchestra it is.

I know nothing about conducting. But when I listen to classicals, I will conduct (or dance?)like her. It is just feeling. At 0:55, she is having a very awkward gesture, one that never have I seen from other conductors. Obviously few know what this gesture means, but at least people can see her compassion in mind------- a tighten up and stretched mind, just like hee hands.
